Fix Enchiridon Patristicum

1. the text and translation lack the milestones required to make them scroll in unison. However, from the mouse over bringing up the commentary it is clear that the milestones are known. 2. because the paragraph numbers of the texts are not milestones and indexed. This lack of the basic reference for the enchiridion is a major hindrance for basic references. This is not the first similar resource on which this error has been made. 3. index theologicus is not linked because the paragraph numbers are not indexed. 4. Index scripturisticus is not linked because the paragraph numbers are not indexed. 5. Index alphaeticus may not be indexed due to the assumption that the search serves this function. However, it would be useful to have this index linked as well
