Suppress empty columns in Compare Pericope

https://community.logos.com/forums/t/117467.aspx for Mark Barnes If would help if the Compare Pericopes tool excluded empty columns. That would mean I wouldn't have to untick UBS4 and the Eusebian Canons in the Old Testament, or Parashat in the New.
