Standardization of documentation of interactives/datasets see Speaking of God

Example: Speaking to God When the documentation is "hidden" in about rather than supported by a dataset documentation resource, the documentation does not appear in the Look up portion of the Context Menu sending one on a wild goose chase for definitions of values. Please enforce a standard that supports the Look up Context Menu in every instance.
