Payoff Payment Plans on Website

I often pay my payment plan balances early, but I have to call or email customer service in order to do so. It usually takes three days or so in order for an email to customer service to pay off a payment plan to be read and processed, which is fine, but this leads me to believe that customer service is backed up. Having the ability to pay off our payment plans through the website would make it more convenient for customers and free up customer service for other things.
